Shipping policy
You are welcome to ship your liner and pins to us. Once completed, the liner will be shipped back in the box it arrives in. For this reason, we are not able to ship liners that are initially dropped off. We do not have access to large size boxes needed for return shipping. All liners that are dropped off will need to be picked up when they are ready.
We try to keep our shipping prices in line with the USP or FedEx for hood and trunk liners, or the service we deem most appropriate for your order. Those prices are provided to us, and then passed onto you. Shipping prices are subject to change without notice based on the service used for shipments.Â
Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for items not being received by a specific date. Since the year 2020, there has been an increased demand for shipped items nationwide. This has caused many shipping services to be behind even if an approximate delivery date has been provided. We do our best to complete and ship items based on the shipping information provided to us, but once it leaves our hands it is out of our control. Refunds will not be given for items not received on time. It may also benefit to meet in person to deliver the liner since shipping is unpredictable. Please see our pick-up and delivery policy for more information.Â
If you would like extra insurance on your package, please let us know and we will add the cost to the existing shipping cost. Unless requested, the default insurance level will be used for your package. Default and paid insurance amounts are determined by the shipping service used. Refunds will not be issued due to damages or issues that happen during shipment.Â

There has been a sudden influx of packages lost during the shipping process. Sometimes this includes mishandling by the shipping company. Most of the time, if the package is marked as delivered, the shipping company will not take responsibility. That has been the case even if they admittedly put a package at the wrong location. This also includes items left in a mass package collection boxes at apartment complexes or other PO Box locations. Packages are completely out of our hands once we drop it off. We can provide tracking information, but if something happens once it is marked delivered, we have no way of knowing what happened to your package (as of recent experiences-neither does the shipping company). While insurance on packages can cover missing (not marked as delivered) or damaged packages, pay outs do not occur if the package is marked as delivered.
With that being said, we can not guarantee a refund or replacement for your order if a package is misplaced after being marked as delivered. Our pricing is mostly based on our experience, time involved, and sometimes materials needed. That means if we provided a refund, we essentially lost out twice. This is our livelihood and we have to keep things going in order to provide the services that we do.
