Refund policy
At The Airbrush Grotto, we always stand behind our work. Digital and gift card purchases are non-refundable. When it comes to our customized work, we are human, and an oversight can happen. Please keep in mind that part of being a professional airbrush artist is knowing how to correct/redo/cover a mistake so it is not noticeable.
Before a liner is picked up or shipped back completed, we make sure it is accurate and up to the standards of us and you. For this reason, we allow payment after everything is completed. We will correct any mistakes or make adjustments prior to payment, pick-up, return shipping, or installation of the liner. Once the liner is paid for, installed, or shipped back to you, no refunds will be issued.Â

There has been a sudden influx of packages lost during the shipping process. Sometimes this includes mishandling by the shipping company. Most of the time, if the package is marked as delivered, the shipping company will not take responsibility. That has been the case even if they admittedly put a package at the wrong location. This also includes items left in a mass package collection boxes at apartment complexes or other PO Box locations. Packages are completely out of our hands once we drop it off. We can provide tracking information, but if something happens once it is marked delivered, we have no way of knowing what happened to your package (as of recent experiences-neither does shipping company). While insurance on packages can cover missing (not marked as delivered) or damaged packages, pay outs do not occur if the package is marked as delivered.
With that being said, we can not guarantee a refund or replacement for your order if a package is misplaced after being marked as delivered. We try to make it right with all of our customers, but this type of situation is completely out of our hands. Our pricing is mostly based on our experience, time involved, and sometimes materials needed. It is very common that we turn away order requests because we simply do not have time to complete them since we are booked with other orders. That means if we provided a refund, we essentially lost out twice. This is our livelihood and we have to keep things going in order to provide the services that we do.
