Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy
Since we no longer have a physical store (as of 2021), we can meet to get your own items or for picking up a completed order. While this may sound unconventional, it works well for us to keep our overhead and prices lower. Leases for a small business are high, so not having a public location has served us well.
We always meet at a certain Quick Trip (QT) gas station in Concord, NC for drop-offs and pick-ups. If you are not familiar, all QT’s have a “Safe Space” and “Exchange Zone” area that is just for this purpose. There are cameras everywhere and police frequent the area. The address for the QT we meet at will be provided at the time your order is discussed.
We are sorry to say, we have had an influx of customers that are not on time to drop off items or to pick-up completed orders. We value everyone’s time and money, so we take into account our schedule and yours when we set up the time frame to meet. While we have tried to be flexible and accommodate when we can, we will no longer do this. We will stand firm on the boundaries we have set below. We understand if you are only a few minutes outside of the 30 minute window (as long as you tell us), but 1+ hours is not acceptable. We also will not change the meeting location. We always meet at the same QT every time, which is noted at the time the order is placed.
With our tight schedule, we ask that you please be on time to your scheduled meet time. We have implemented setting up a 30-minute time slot for you to meet us. Your window will begin at the time we set and end 30 minutes later. If you can not make it within the agreed-upon time slot, please call or text us BEFORE your time slot begins at 704-879-1343 to reschedule your drop off or pick-up. We will leave the QT promptly at the end of the 30-minute slot without further communication. We will not be able to extend your time slot last minute, as that will put us behind schedule. If you miss your appointment, rescheduling your pick-up or delivery will be your responsibility and will be rescheduled at a time convenient for us within our business hours.
Many of our customers come from the Charlotte, NC area or further. Please factor in traffic delays and work schedules to your travel time. Set yourself an alarm if needed.
Refunds will not be issued due to missing your delivery appointment, which causes you to not have your items for an event.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we have to stick to the schedule we make in order to stay on track with other orders or plans.
