Order of Operations For Hood & Trunk Liners
Now that we have been operating online for over 4 years, we have developed process of doing business that works well for us. A few things to keep in mind when planning to have us airbrush your hood or trunk liner are below.
- ALL order communication is done via texting or email. We know this probably sounds strange, however, it protects us and you when it comes to the information provided by both parties for an order. It also gives us something to refer back to if needed while we are working on your order. Be sure to check out our About Us and FAQ’s pages to get to know us a little better.Â
- We currently have a well maintained wait list you will be added to. The wait list is on a first come first served basis. We will not accept payment to move you to the front of the line. Once we are closer to being ready for your liner we will let you know so that we can schedule shipping or drop off. Approximate completion dates will be provided at the time we get your liner.
- For hood and trunk liners, plan for around 2-3 weeks for your liner to be completed once it is in our hands. This timeline may fluctuate depending on the difficulty of the design once we begin.Â
- We do NOT provide progress pictures. Airbrushing anything with a high level of detail (such as hood liners) requires layers upon layers of work. Most of the time the art will look like a complete mess until the end when it comes to life. For this reason, we wait until it is finished. We always send a photo for approval on liners that are shipped.Â
- Be sure to review all of our policies at your convenience. (Payment, Refund, Drop-Off/Pick-Up, and Shipping)
Below you will find a brief summary of the steps involved with an order from start to finish. Â
- Fill out our hood and trunk liner form located at the top of the page on the Home Page of our website. Please include a full description and any reference photos.
- Once the form is submitted, we will contact you during business hours with any questions and we will begin the mock-up design process. At this time you will be added to our wait list.
- Once the mock-up design is approved, we can provide a quote for your liner.Â
- The next step is the waiting period for us to get to you on our wait list. We do attempt to let you know how long the wait may be during the mock-up phase, but it can change due to many outside or unplanned factors without notice. Please bear with us if we can not hit the timeline we expected.Â
- When it is time for us to begin your liner, we will schedule to get it from you or for you to have it shipped to us. Do not forget the pins that hold the liner in place, as we paint those so they blend into the design.Â
- We typically plan for 2-3 weeks to complete a liner, but that can also fluctuate depending on the difficulty of the design once we begin.
- We will let you know once the liner is ready for pick-up, or to ship back to you. Shipped liners will be shipped back in the box they came in, as we are not able to provide boxes that large. Return shipping will be added to the final cost. Liners, that are dropped off in person must also be picked-up in person.
- Payment for liners is not due until the liner is completed (prior to shipping back or at the time of pick-up). We can accept cash, card, Venmo, or Cash App.Â
